The aging refrigeration system was putting a strain on Katsuya, a Japanese restaurant in San Francisco. “There were times we almost had to shut down because the old equipment couldn’t keep temperatures low enough,” said owner Calvin Chang. Through the BRRR program, Calvin was able to upgrade his refrigeration, see monthly bill savings, and better serve his customers.
