The program requires the installation of a minimum of 2 energy efficiency and/or electrification measures. Rebates typically cover a significant portion of project costs and are paid after installation.
Rebates are not available to properties that have already installed or purchased retrofit equipment. 2–4-unit properties are eligible to apply only if there is a CENTRAL hot water and/or space heating/cooling system.
