The Bay Area Multifamily Building Enhancement (BAMBE) Program has paused enrollment for applicants who have not yet reserved rebate funds, effective 7/3/25. Projects that have already reserved rebate funds will not be affected and their technical assistance will continue normally.
Program staff are working diligently to re-open the program as soon as is feasible. Updates will be provided as soon as they are available. Sign up for our BAMBE Program Paused Enrollment Interest List to be notified of when the program begins accepting new applications!
